


Manage contracts, agreements, and memorandums of understanding, for the hiring of artists, entertainers, lectures, and vendors for campus and student-led organization events. Provide oversight for Office of Student Leadership & Development administrative tasks, including: scheduling of student staff and volunteers, room reservations, marketing material creation & dissemination, event set-up and tear-down, catering orders, purchasing, and other event-related logistics.Ĭreate, manage, and retain all department paperwork to ensure monthly procurement card reconciliations are completed in accordance to CCA guidelines.

Supervise student employees for the Office of Student Leadership & Development, including management of schedules/coverage, assignment of projects and tasks, creating opportunities for personal and professional growth, and providing ongoing feedback that is positive, constructive, and centered in student learning and development. Serve as a member of the CCA Commencement Planning Team Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with CCA staff and external community partners in an effort to create intentional, cross-discipline, co-curricular and leadership programsĬreate, maintain, and disseminate CCA Fox Times, student newsletter, on a biweekly basis.Manage and evaluate annually the policies and procedures aimed at supporting student led organization involvement and engagement on campus, including the student-led organization manual.Īlongside the Director of Student Leadership & Development, create, execute, and assess student leadership development and training opportunities for CCA students. Operate as the main point of contact for all student-led organization members, officers, and advisors, including planning, facilitation, and evaluation of student leader and advisor trainings, professional development, and budget management.Serve as co-advisor for Phi-Theta Kappa Honors Society, including member recruitment, meeting participation, induction ceremony, leadership development of officers and members, participation at national and regional conferences, facilitation of scholarships, and oversight of administrative and budgetary processes. Plan, implement, and assess student experiential learning and engagement opportunities that promote leadership, service, career and transfer readiness, and sense of belonging. This role will also oversee the administrative and project responsibilities for the Office of Student Leadership & Development, including the direct supervision of student employees. Additionally, the Coordinator will lead efforts that support Student Led Organizations, such as Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society.

The Coordinator will promote the importance of involvement on campus by providing leadership opportunities that meet the diverse needs of CCA students. The Coordinator of Experiential Learning & Student Engagement serves a key role in the development and implementation of student engagement opportunities at the Community College of Aurora.
